Job Description:

As a well-established property developer based in Johor Bahru, this client is dedicated to delivering high-quality, sustainable, and innovative projects. To drive this vision forward, they are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to turn strategic ideas into reality.

Job Responsibility:

Support the development and execution of comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive property sales and achieve revenue targets
assist in planning and managing marketing campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand awareness and generate leads
coordinate and oversee property launches, including event planning, sales presentations, and customer engagement activities
monitor sales performance, analyse data, and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement and assist in refining sales strategies

Requirements:

Degree graduate holder in business/ sales/ real estate or equivalent
with proven record of working experience, in property or similar field
willing to travel
