Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Operations Administrator to support and optimize our sales and logistics operations located in Corbin, Kentucky. This position requires collaboration across multiple departments, including Logistics, Planning, and Accounting, to ensure efficient and customer-focused service delivery.

Job Responsibility:

Order Management: Process customer orders, confirm stock availability, and ensure timely delivery
Customer Invoicing: Generate customer invoices, monitor accounts receivable, manage overdue invoices, and handle collections processes
Quotations and Transport: Respond to quotation requests and organize transport orders, including international shipments
Logistics Oversight: Ensure seamless shipping and delivery processes, including overseas transportation from Europe
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate purchase orders, and manage restocking activities
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve challenges such as delivery delays or accidents
Compliance and Negotiation: Ensure adherence to international transport regulations and negotiate with suppliers to achieve favorable terms
Reporting: Regularly report to management in Europe, adjusting for the six-hour time difference

Requirements:

Proven experience in logistics, customer service, or a related field
Strong teamwork skills and adaptability
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP software
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus)
Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, International Trade, Logistics, or a related discipline preferred
