Job Responsibility:
Support the end-to-end order management process
Direct contact with customers
Analyze data and provide insights related to order management performance
Process orders and generate reports for internal teams
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements in order management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
No specific degree required
Background in Marketing, Communication, or Business Development preferred
Advanced English
Proficiency in Excel
Experience with Power BI
Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP
Basic knowledge of programming for SAP or Power BI (preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
