As a Sales Progressor, you will play a key role in managing the sales journey from the moment an offer is accepted until completion. Your expertise will ensure a seamless experience for our clients, as you oversee both property sales and maintain vital relationships with solicitors.

Job Responsibility:

Sales Process Management: Oversee property sales from offer acceptance to final completion, ensuring every step is executed flawlessly
Solicitor Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with solicitors for effective communication and swift issue resolution
Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately and meet legal requirements
Coordination: Serve as the key liaison between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to facilitate a smooth sales process
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the sales process, keeping everything on track
Communication: Keep clients informed about the progress of their sale and provide exceptional customer service throughout
Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report on the status of all ongoing sales, providing regular updates to management

Requirements:

Previous experience within a Sales Progressor position or Sales experience with exposure to Sales Progression
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Experience in property sales or a related field is ideal but not essential
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
