Job Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sales Representative based in the New Brunswick, New Jersey area. You will be joining a team focused on commercial liquidations, in-house refurbishment and office furniture sales and installations. This role primarily involves remote work, with occasional in-person client visits and weekly team meetings.

Job Responsibility:

Drive sales through proactive outreach, utilizing leads generated by the team
Utilize prior sales experience to develop and execute effective sales strategies
Maintain communication with clients, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately
Travel as needed to client locations for viewing and assessment of spaces for liquidation
Manage client relationships, leveraging existing contacts where possible
Collaborate with the team during weekly meetings to discuss strategies and progress
Ensure accurate record-keeping of client information and sales activities

Requirements:

Proven experience in a sales environment, preferably within the furniture retail industry
Demonstrated proficiency in sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers
Strong knowledge of furniture products and trends
Ability to deliver high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Proficient in using sales-related software and tools for tracking sales, inventory, and customer information
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per retail industry norms
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and move heavy furniture pieces as required
