Job Description:

Our client, in the field of promotional marketing products, is looking for their next inside sales representative in Laval!

Job Responsibility:

Sales prospecting (cold calling, lead follow-up, email campaigns)
Understanding client needs (highlighting products to meet their needs)
Capturing and tracking client needs in the database
Meeting sales objectives (KPIs, financial) and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales (prospecting, cold calling)
Fully bilingual communication (the parent company is based in the United States)
High school diploma
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Active listening and outstanding customer service skills
Sales acumen and the ability to meet objectives
Initiative, autonomy, and the ability to work effectively in a team

What we offer:

Base salary between 35k and 40k + commission
2 weeks of annual vacation
