Job Description:

Coffee lovers, this position is for you! We're looking for sales and customer service experts with a passion for coffee! You'll be encouraged to develop your sales skills and provide outstanding customer service.

Job Responsibility:

Offer customers an in-store experience
Welcome, advise and maximize in-store sales
Participate in daily meetings and training sessions
Analyze reported machine malfunctions and provide efficient customer service
Ensure that the Boutique is clean (well-ordered, correct equipment, properly presented)

Requirements:

1 year of prior hotel, catering, sales or retail experience is required
Flexibility to work Friday evening, Saturdays, Sundays
Excellent presentation, communication & interpersonal skills
exceptional customer service skills
Hands on and pragmatic
Punctuality and discipline
Strong Team player
Proactive and responsive to anticipate and fulfill customer needs

Nice to have:

Knowledge of coffee would be a great asset
