Office Angels are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity to join a globally renowned organisation, recognised for its commitment to exceptional service and premium-quality products! We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Support Administrator to play a pivotal role in supporting our client's field sales team and delivering outstanding service to customers.

Job Responsibility:

Responding to incoming inquiries via telephone and email promptly and efficiently
Providing outstanding administrative support to accounts and field sales representatives
Reviewing, processing, and setting up new accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all paperwork and information
Maintaining customer master data
Assisting customers with inquiries related to the status of shipments, credits, returns, and repairs
Offering advice and product support to customers
Building and maintaining positive internal relationships within our global business

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer services/Sales Support (Minimum 2 years)
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Proficiency in using all Ms packages -strong user Excel (Desired)
Experienced using CRM Systems (SAP)

Nice to have:

Proficiency in using all Ms packages -strong user Excel
Experienced using CRM Systems (SAP)
