Job Description:

We are in search of a Sales Support Lead to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry based in Stafford, Texas. In this role, you will be instrumental in coordinating with various departments and overseeing customer service operations, fostering process enhancement within the department.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise and mentor customer service personnel, promoting a customer-centric environment
Collaborate with the Sales, Accounting, and Operations teams to ensure seamless business processes
Implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience and sales performance
Utilize strong communication skills to engage with existing clients, aiming to enhance customer relationships
Manage the entire customer order process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Leverage CRM tools to maintain accurate customer records and monitor customer accounts
Utilize Microsoft Excel for KPI Reporting and other relevant tasks
Handle billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Use negotiation skills for pricing discussions, aiming to secure optimal terms for both the customer and the organization

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
Proven experience in billing processes and procedures
Strong understanding and focus on enhancing customer experience
Prior experience in a sales support role, providing comprehensive backing to sales teams
Familiarity with KPI reporting, capable of tracking and analyzing key performance indicators
Proficient in using CRM software for managing customer relationships and data
Ability to negotiate pricing, balancing between company's objectives and customer satisfaction
