Job Description:

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a detail-oriented Sales Support individual in North Canton, Ohio, United States. The role is crucial in our commitment to delivering top-notch customer service in the industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, managing customer databases, and ensuring seamless order processing.

Job Responsibility:

Handle inbound customer calls with detail-oriented and efficiency
Conduct outbound follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
Accurately input customer orders into our CRM system
Attend meetings to stay informed about company policies and goals
Regularly monitor delivery status to provide timely customer service
Manage email correspondences with customers promptly and professionally
Return customer calls promptly to address inquiries or concerns
Maintain a high level of customer service at all times

Requirements:

Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent verbal communication skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Experience in order entry, ensuring accurate and timely processing of sales orders
Ability to manage email correspondence, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
Prior experience in a customer service role, demonstrating a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences
Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage customer interactions and data
