Job Description:

Supporting Shopkeeper, you are expected to seek sales maximization in your area of responsibility using knowledge of all HFBs, local market and your customers, as well as the IKEA tools and leveraging on the experience and expertise of your co-workers.

Job Responsibility:

seek sales maximization in your area of responsibility using knowledge of all HFBs, local market and your customers, as well as the IKEA tools and leveraging on the experience and expertise of your co-workers
monitor your man-hours budget and ensure that your HFB is properly staffed with trained and qualified co-workers at all times
oversee the general maintenance of area and strong commercial basics level
support the efficient working of the IKEA mechanical sales system to ensure the continued success of the IKEA Concept
lead by example every day, supporting, challenging and coaching co-workers
create a high level of knowledge about the products’ features and benefits, and share this with customers and your team

Requirements:

strong strategic analytical abilities to develop sales strategy based on local market demographics and economic conditions
self-motivated and results driven
genuine interest and knowledge of home furnishing
desire to bring out the best in co-workers in serving the customers’ needs and growing the Company’s business
