Job Responsibility:
Drive new business with a hunter’s mentality across Air, Ocean, Warehousing/Distribution, and 3PL solutions
Build relationships with key decision-makers in Semiconductor, Automotive, Electronics, and more
60+ direct customer calls/web/FTF meetings per month to build a powerhouse pipeline
Identify key opportunities, pitch tailored solutions, and negotiate high-value contracts
Know the market, anticipate customer needs, and position yourself as the go-to expert
Requirements:
3+ years of freight forwarding/logistics hunting sales experience
Sharp negotiating skills
C-Level presence
Strategic mindset
Tech-savvy - Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite & Salesforce CRM
