Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking an experienced Engagement Cloud/Experience Cloud Developer/Architect to join our team. This role will play a critical part in the successful implementation of Salesforce Engagement Cloud alongside Education Cloud for the education sector. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and integrating Engagement Cloud solutions to enhance the digital experience for stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Architect and implement Salesforce Engagement Cloud/Experience Cloud solutions tailored to the education sector with a focus on recruitment, admissions, and student engagement
Design and implement Salesforce Engagement Cloud/Experience Cloud solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of the education sector
Collaborate closely with the Education Cloud team to ensure seamless integration between Engagement Cloud and Education Cloud platforms
Lead hands-on technical development and configuration for Engagement Cloud implementations
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives

Requirements:

Proven, hands-on experience implementing Engagement Cloud or Experience Cloud solutions, with a strong preference for projects within the education industry
Experience integrating Engagement Cloud with Salesforce Education Cloud
In-depth understanding of Engagement Cloud features, including Communities, Content Management, and Digital Experiences
Salesforce certifications related to Engagement Cloud or Experience Cloud (preferred)

Nice to have:

Salesforce certifications related to Engagement Cloud or Experience Cloud
