Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related
Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree
Proficiency in Salesforce development and customization, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components (Aura and LWC)
Experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects
Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications
Familiarity with Salesforce Connect, MuleSoft, and other integration tools
Experience with data migration, data loading tools (e.g., Data Loader, Workbench), and data modeling in Salesforce
Understanding of Salesforce data architecture and data security/sharing rules
Proficiency in development tools such as Visual Studio Code with Salesforce extensions, Git, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)
Knowledge of Agile development practices, version control systems, and deployment processes
Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
Experience in managing and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints
Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements, and creating technical documentation
Certifications such as: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Administrator or other relevant Salesforce certifications
Familiarity with industry-specific Salesforce solutions (e.g., Salesforce Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud)
Fluent in English
