The role involves leveraging expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and OMS to enhance online shopping experiences and streamline order management processes.

Job Responsibility:

Salesforce Development: Design, develop, and maintain solutions on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform to meet business requirements and enhance the overall e-commerce experience
Order Management System (OMS) Expertise: Utilize your expertise in e-commerce to optimize and streamline order processing, fulfillment, inventory management and return processes
Customization and Integration: Develop custom solutions and integrations to extend the capabilities of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and integrate seamlessly with third-party systems, including payment gateways and shipping providers
API Integration: Implement API integrations to connect Salesforce Commerce Cloud with various systems and external services
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of e-commerce solutions to ensure fast page loading times and a seamless customer shopping experience
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the reliability and quality of e-commerce solutions, conducting testing and resolving issues promptly
Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, designers, and other developers, to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on Commerce and ideally OMS
Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, and relevant web technologies
Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and trends
Experience with version control systems, such as Git
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
