Job Description:

As our Salesforce Technical Lead, you'll spearhead efforts that break boundaries and exceed expectations. A vital cog in our Salesforce dynamo, your task is to guide design, development, and implementation of revolutionary Salesforce solutions. You'll delve into the challenging and rewarding realm of hands-on development, while simultaneously unleash the potential of our junior developers, steering them towards project success.

Job Responsibility:

Lead a team of developers, inspiring them to achieve excellence in their work
Utilize Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce DX
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to convey complex technical concepts
Solve problems with a keen attention to detail, focusing on delivering high-quality solutions
Stay current with emerging Salesforce technologies and best practices, demonstrating a passion for innovation and continuous learning
Maintain a commitment to the Agile development environment, utilizing Azure DevOps
Leverage your CRM, API Development, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Platform, Salesforce Lightning Platform, Salesforce Development, Salesforce Configuration, Salesforce APIs, Lightning App Builder, and Lightning Components skills

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years of detail oriented experience in the Insurance - Life industry
Proven expertise in CRM, specifically in Salesforce Sales Cloud
Experience in Salesforce Development and Salesforce Configuration
Proficiency in API Development, especially Salesforce APIs
Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce Platform and Salesforce Lightning Platform
Demonstrable skills with Lightning App Builder and Lightning Components
Must hold a leadership position, preferably as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Tech Lead CRM
