Job Responsibility:

Nurture a group of developers, propelling them to reach new heights in their careers
Expertly navigate Salesforce development tools and tech, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce DX
Articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Solve challenges with precision, consistently delivering superior-quality solutions
Stay ahead of the curve with the latest Salesforce technologies and methodologies, embodying a spirit for creative innovation and continuous learning
Advocate for Agile development practices, using Azure DevOps
Make use of your skills across CRM, API Development, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Platform, Salesforce Lightning Platform, Salesforce Development, Salesforce Configuration, Salesforce APIs, Lightning App Builder, and Lightning Components

Requirements:

7+ years of Salesforce development experience
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Financial Service Cloud
Prior work experience in Salesforce Development and Salesforce Configuration
Adept at API Development
Advanced familiarity with the Salesforce Platform and Salesforce Lightning Platform
Demonstrable capability in working with Lightning App Builder and Lightning Components
Previous leadership experience, ideally in a role such as Salesforce Technical Lead or Tech Lead CRM
