Job Description:

Opportunity to work for the world’s biggest chemical company with over 150 years of establishment, providing a chance to collaborate on SAP ABAP-related projects and ensure optimal performance while supporting integration tasks with tools such as CPI, PIPO, and APIs.

Job Responsibility:

Maintain ABAP development to ensure optimum performance and reliability of the SAP modules
design & develop SAP ABAP language while aligning with software best practices and business requirements
develop, maintain & monitor interfaces of different on-premise and cloud integration scenarios
participate in end-to-end software development lifecycle activities including design, code reviews, testing, and post-deployment support
develop technical specifications based on business & functional requirements
collaborate with other functional consultants and key business users/department managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while minimizing disruption to business operations.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP within implementation project and/or support (L2/L3)
at least 1 full cycle end-to-end implementation projects on a regional or global basis
exposure in SAP PI/SAP PO/SAP CPI
exposure in Web Services eg REST/SOAP, other Streaming technologies, or any API development
exposure working on ABAP side either on SAP SD/MM/any SAP SCM modules
leadership experience
experience within Chemical/Oil & Gas industry.
