Job Description:

You will manage office and travel expenses and perform HR and payroll tasks. You will require an understanding of SAP and other ERP technologies. Gather and document business requirements, facilitate workshops, assist project scheduling, investigate business issues, contribute to planning, and manage internal and external relationships.

Job Responsibility:

create, manage, maintain and update documents and artefacts
operate under limited direction, contribute to project planning, scheduling and achievement of outcomes
demonstrate sound decision-making, initiative and judgement
be an effective communicator and manage and maintain key internal and external relationships
gather and document business requirements
manage and facilitate workshops with both Business and technical staff
assist the Project Manager, Team Leader and other project staff to schedule work for each release
investigate and resolve business issues relating to the project
contribute to the planning and implementation
help to manage and maintain key internal and external relationships

Requirements:

Australian Citizens ONLY
Baseline clearance Mandatory
understanding of SAP and other ERP technologies
