Job Description:

Requirements:

Previous experience working in a similar role within SAP HCM projects
Familiarity with industry-specific SAP HCM solutions (e.g., SAP for Public Sector, SAP for Healthcare)
Proficiency in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), and Personnel Development (PD)
Understanding of Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS)
Experience in configuring and customizing SAP HCM modules to meet specific business requirements
Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules such as FI/CO (Financial Accounting and Controlling), MM (Materials Management), and SD (Sales and Distribution)
Proven track record of successful SAP HCM implementations and upgrades
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and migration projects is highly desirable
Proficiency in data migration techniques, including LSMW, BAPIs, and IDOCs
Experience with data reconciliation, data validation, and ensuring data integrity
Skills in designing and developing HR reports using SAP tools like SAP Query, Ad Hoc Query, and SAP BW/BI
Ability to analyze HR data and provide actionable insights
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business and technical issues
Ability to design and implement effective and efficient solutions
Experience in managing and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints
Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional designs
Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements, and creating comprehensive documentation
Certifications: SAP Certified Application Associate - Human Capital Management with SAP ERP, SAP Certified Application Associate - SuccessFactors Employee Central
Additional relevant SAP certifications
