This role is designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation to work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office. The SAP Project Manager will join HPE Global IT to lead and support IT transformation projects, focusing on system changes and client relationships. Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing vendors, mitigating risks, leading project execution, and ensuring project quality standards.
Job Responsibility:

participates in code reviews and may lead code reviews
designs, prepares and executes unit tests
applies in-depth or broad technical knowledge to maintain technology areas
performs solution design
applies company and 3rd party technologies to complex infrastructure and software solutions
implements end-user or enterprise infrastructure of moderate complexity
oversees system changes
works with functional teams and technical architects to ensure timelines are understood and risks documented
provides guidance to the team
identifies risks and develops mitigation strategies
manages change requests
leads the day-to-day execution of projects
ensures project meets quality standards
acts as liaison between test team and business system owners
manages relationship with third-party vendors and partners
maintains project documentation
ensures smooth transition to production support teams
Requirements:
extensive experience of working for large IT services/IT outsourcing companies with SAP Implementation
strong client-facing experience
ability to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria
ability to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budget
ability to work with the Solution Architect and delivery team
project management
relationship management with third-party vendors and partners
ability to identify potential risks and issues
ability to develop mitigation strategies
ability to manage change requests
experience in leading and motivating project teams
ability to ensure project meets required quality standards
