Job Description:

Drive supply chain excellence and support business growth in a dynamic international environment. The company fosters collaboration and operational excellence while focusing on sustainability.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate and facilitate the S&OP cycle, overseeing demand planning, supply review and S&OP execution through strong collaboration with relevant stakeholders
Drive planning and material management activities, continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and embracing new challenges
Manage capital cost by maintaining optimal stock levels to fulfill customers' demands, while effectively managing slow-moving stock
Ensure compliance with GMP SOP, working closely with the regulatory team and logistics service providers to ensure smooth operations and meet GMP requirements
Gather market intelligence through daily interactions with business partners, analyze the data, and share insights and ideas with the business as appropriate
Proactively engage in regional and global SCM-related projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and outcomes
Analyze SCM KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with team members
Support team members in day-to-day operations and troubleshoot issues by effective collaboration with relevant parties

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years of experience in planning, material management, or a supply chain-related field
Experience with SAP planning module or other ERP systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workloads effectively
Business level fluency in English
Collaborative mindset and open to continuous learning
Experience with project management in supply chain
