Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams focused on Workday implementations and IT system integrations. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience guiding teams through enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices to ensure high performance and continuous improvement
Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to prioritize and refine backlogs
Remove impediments and foster a culture of accountability, adaptability, and collaboration
Manage dependencies and risks associated with Workday and IT system integration projects
Ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic initiatives
Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and overall project health
Champion Agile transformation efforts within the organization

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in Workday or enterprise IT integration environments
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and best practices
Experience managing Workday implementations and/or IT system integrations
Proven ability to drive Agile adoption in cross-functional teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with Agile project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred

Nice to have:

Experience with HRIS systems, specifically Workday
Familiarity with cloud-based IT environments and system integrations
SAFe certification or experience in large-scale Agile frameworks
