Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related
Previous experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within Agile teams
Familiarity with scaling Agile practices in large organizations (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale)
In-depth understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and roles
Proficiency in other Agile frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Kanban, Lean, XP)
Experience with project management and Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar
Ability to use collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Slack, Microsoft Teams) to facilitate communication and documentation
Strong facilitation skills for Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives)
Ability to coach and mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to identify impediments and find effective solutions to remove obstacles and improve team productivity
Experience in managing and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints
Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
Ability to understand and translate business requirements into actionable user stories and tasks
Experience in working closely with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog and ensure alignment with business goals
Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management
Ability to facilitate discussions and drive consensus among diverse teams and stakeholders
Certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) from Scrum.org AND/OR Advanced certifications such as Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
Fluent in Portuguese and English
