Job Description:

关于职位: Lead SAP SD/MM module implementation, optimize processes, and contribute to SAP upgrade projects within the retail grocery industry.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SD/MM modules, including master data setup, sales order processing, delivery, billing, and invoicing, as well as SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA upgrade projects
Design and optimize end-to-end business processes, focusing on process standardization, process improvement, and aligning with best practices based on customer requirements and industry characteristics
Take parts in SAP implementation projects, working closely with cross-functional teams, including business users, IT departments, and external vendors, to ensure project success within defined timelines and budgets

Requirements:

Experience for retail groceries industry
Strong SAP SD, MM and Master data skill with MNC project experience for retail solutions
0-1 project experience in SAP CAR
Ability to independently implement projects under pressure like lead blueprint discussion, config, function design, testing, data collection and conversion, cutover
Familiar with global template rollout project approach and good coordination skill
Familiar with Retail business process from sales demand planning to store operation (buy and sell)
Familiar with SAP Retail functions for both ECC/S4 and integration solution with POS/3rd party/ecom and so on
Excellent English skill in oral and writing and can work with global team to deliver project together
Excellent English skills for daily work and coordination
