Job Description:

The Seasonal Laundry Attendant at The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island is responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling laundry and dry cleaning tasks, and ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of laundry services. The role requires excellent guest service skills, physical stamina, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

Job Responsibility:

Greet guests upon arrival
Assist with unloading items
Deliver laundry and clothing to guestrooms
Respond to guest requests
Monitor cleanliness and appearance of laundry/dry cleaning
Complete valet tickets properly
Coordinate repairs and pick-up for delivery
Follow company policies and procedures
Maintain uniform and personal appearance
Protect company assets
Speak professionally
Develop positive working relationships
Comply with quality assurance standards
Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
