Job Description:

In this role, you will be tasked with preparing and filing quarterly and annual SEC filings, assisting in drafting and reviewing financial statements, performing technical accounting research, and supporting Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance efforts. Your role will also require you to collaborate with finance, tax, treasury, and operations teams across multiple regions for consistent financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare and file SEC filings such as 10-Q and 10-K
Assist in the drafting and reviewing of financial statements, footnotes, and MD& A sections
Conduct technical accounting research
Support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance efforts
Collaborate with finance, tax, treasury, and operations teams across multiple regions
Perform account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and bank reconciliations
Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries
Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP for financial reporting
Manage and complete the month-end close process

Requirements:

Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
Experience in Balance Sheet Reconciliation
Background in performing Bank Reconciliations
Strong skills in General Ledger management
Ability to prepare and manage Journal Entries
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience in Month End Close procedures
Familiarity with NetSuite for financial management
Knowledge of Oracle for business process management
SAP software proficiency
Technical Accounting skills
Experience in Financial Reporting

Nice to have:

Familiarity with NetSuite for financial management
Knowledge of Oracle for business process management
SAP software proficiency
