Job Description:

Secondary DT Teacher role at an international school in Shenzhen offering Cambridge and UK curriculum, supported by state-of-the-art facilities.

Job Responsibility:

Teaching secondary design and technology to A-level
Supporting whole-child philosophy
Contributing to curriculum breadth and depth
Engaging in creative learning
Participating in co-curricular programs
Providing pastoral care.

Requirements:

Qualified/certified teacher
Minimum of 2 years post qualifying experience
Recent and relevant professional development/training
Outstanding practitioner
Track record of involving parents/carers and the community in children's education
Experience in developing community and children involvement in schools
Engagement with bi-culturalism and multiculturalism
Prepared to be part of a special community.

Nice to have:

Experience with Cambridge Lower Secondary curriculum
Familiarity with International GCSEs and International A-levels
Ability to contribute to all aspects of student development.
