Job Description:

Teachanywhere is delighted to be working in partnership with this well-known UK private boarding school which provides both Chinese and foreign students with a bilingual education. As the school develops, there will be opportunities for staff to take on new responsibilities and promotion.

Job Responsibility:

Every teacher will have both academic and pastoral responsibilities within an agreed weekly teaching allocation
Contribute actively to the extensive co-curricular programme
Undertake extra-curricular and/or boarding duties if relevant

Requirements:

Fully qualified with a minimum of 2 years of experience
UK curriculum experience is preferred
Strong sense of responsibility, good team spirit, independent thinking, innovative thinking and consciousness
Solid educational and teaching theories and be able to use theories to guide curriculum development and design
Good logical thinking and learning ability
Previous experience of a boarding school/private school environment is desirable but not essential
Must be willing to join a school which expects teachers to often undertake extra-curricular and/or boarding duties if relevant
Applicants must be prepared to work hard and have lots of resilience and enthusiasm to be part of the early development stages of this school
