Job Description:

The job involves teaching physical education to secondary-level students in Abu Dhabi City, UAE, following the IB MYP/DP curriculum. Teachers will deliver engaging lessons, promote healthy lifestyles, and contribute to extracurricular activities in a reputable private school environment.

Job Responsibility:

Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons aligned with the IB MYP/DP curriculum
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and enjoyment
Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to ensure student success
Support extracurricular activities and contribute to the school community
Participate in professional development opportunities

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject supported by a relevant teaching certificate (copy of degree and transcripts must be provided upon application)
Minimum 2 years of experience teaching
Previous experience with the IB MYP/DP curriculum is advantageous
Excellent communication skills
Strong classroom management skills
Ability to deliver motivating and creative learning experiences
