Job Description:

Secondary Science Inclusion Teacher at an international school in Dubai starting August 2025. Teaching the IB / IGCSE / National Curriculum for England and Wales with focus on delivering tailored and creative lessons in a positive, inclusive environment alongside state-of-the-art facilities. The role involves collaboration with school stakeholders, extracurricular engagement, and community involvement.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a high-quality, tailored Secondary Science classes to the UK and IB curriculum incorporating innovative teaching methods that foster intellectual curiosity and a love of learning
Plan and execute creative, inclusive lessons aligned with the National Curriculum, effectively addressing the diverse needs of all learners through differentiated instruction
Establish a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect, collaboration, and a genuine passion for learning
Work closely with colleagues, parents, and the broader school community to ensure each learner's holistic development and academic success
Lead or support extra-curricular activities (ICAs) and Science related clubs
Contribute to school-wide events and initiatives
Participate actively in parent-teacher meetings and school events
Contribute to curriculum development initiatives and share best practices with colleagues

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Sciences or a related teaching subject
PGCE, QTS or appropriate Teaching License
Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in a classroom setting
Proven ability to design and implement engaging lessons
Expertise in adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learner needs
Demonstrated success in creating an inclusive classroom environment
Strong understanding of literacy and mathematical skill development within a Secondary setting
Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative spirit
Dedication to community engagement and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders
