Job Description:

This International School in Kuala Lumpur is a leading British curriculum school, providing education for students aged 3 to 18 years. They follow the Cambridge International curriculum at primary and secondary, leading to IGCSEs and A-levels. The school has an experienced faculty and a delightful group of students of various different nationalities. Although the school was founded in 2012, it has partnered with a UK-based Grammar School in 2024, joining a global family with schools in the UK, China and the Middle East. With school enrolment rapidly increasing, the school will be relocating to a new site (15 mins from the old campus) in 2025 which will allow for a capacity of 1,300 students.

Requirements:

Candidates must be fully qualified with at least 3 years of teaching experience
Knowledge of and experience of UK or International Cambridge curriculum is desirable
Must have great interpersonal and communication skills
Creative and resourceful in planning and implementing classes, sensitive to children's current and potential needs
Be compassionate, have empathy and passion
Desire to be involved in the extra-curricular life of the school
As a changing and evolving school - applicants must be prepared to work hard and have lots of resilience and enthusiasm to be part of the new development stages of this school
