Job Responsibility:
Greeting visitors in the office and direct them concern team
Coordinated Travel Arrangement including Flights and Accommodation, Etc.
Maintaining calendars for MD Upper management
Keeping track of receipts of office MD expenses
Petty cash maintaining
Recording and reconciling office expenses
Submit and reconcile expense reports to Finance team
Handling multiple task at time and ensure the on time completing task
Updating spreadsheets and other data entry tasks
Requirements:
Sales entries, Purchase & Bank Entries
Maintenance Books of Accounts
Maintaining bills payables and receivable
Bank Reconciliation
Answering and transferring phone calls
Office communications Internal memos and meetings communications with in the team
Board room meeting required materials organizing, giving instruction about meeting dates and cooking food for kitchen team
Greeting visitors in the office and direct them concern team
Communicating with upper management & Communicating with other employees
Coordinated Travel Arrangement including Flights and Accommodation, Etc.
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
Recording daily incoming and outgoing courier
Maintaining calendars for MD Upper management
Keeping track of receipts of office MD expenses
Petty cash maintaining
Recording and reconciling office expenses
Submit and reconcile expense reports to Finance team
Handling multiple task at time and ensure the on time completing task
Resolve the Adiminstrative problems attention to detail and problem solving skills
