Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made
Work closely with the Change Management team to review strategic opportunities for innovative solutions
Communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders
Work with line SMEs to identify inefficiencies in daily tasks and processes
Demonstrates an advanced level of understanding of products and processes
Utilizes strong communication, interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and stakeholders

Requirements:

BS/BA Degree or equivalent work experience (3+ years of Markets Operations or Data Analytics/Management experience)
Ability to work in a structured, high volume, time sensitive, high risk and demanding environment
Good analytical skills and positive attitude
Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive
Strong risk management and control mindset
Self-reliant, good problem solver results oriented
