Job Description:

The Security and Loss Prevention Agent ensures the safety and security of guests and property at The Ritz-Carlton Reserve. Responsibilities include patrolling the property, monitoring security systems, responding to emergencies, conducting investigations, and maintaining confidentiality. The role requires physical ability and adherence to company policies.

Job Responsibility:

Patrol property
Assist guests with room access
Monitor security systems
Respond to emergencies
Conduct investigations
Maintain confidentiality
Handle interruptions and complaints
Resolve safety hazards
Escort unwelcome persons
Complete incident reports
Conduct daily hazard inspections

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to patrol property
Monitor security systems
Respond to emergencies
Conduct investigations
Maintain confidentiality
Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Lift objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
Move through confined spaces
Perform fine motor tasks
Follow company policies and procedures
