Job Description:

The Security Associate at Aloft New Delhi Aerocity is responsible for patrolling property areas, monitoring security systems, responding to emergencies, conducting investigations, handling interruptions and complaints, resolving safety hazards, escorting unwelcome persons, completing incident reports, maintaining confidentiality, following company policies and procedures, reporting accidents and unsafe conditions, completing safety training, ensuring professional appearance, welcoming and acknowledging guests, assisting individuals with disabilities, speaking clearly and professionally, developing positive working relationships, complying with quality standards, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling objects up to 50 pounds, grasping, turning, and manipulating objects, moving through confined spaces, moving over uneven surfaces, reaching overhead and below knees, and performing other reasonable duties as requested.

Job Responsibility:

Patrol property areas
Assist guests with room access
Monitor security systems

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No specific license or certification required
Ability to patrol property areas
Monitor security systems
Respond to emergencies
Conduct investigations
Handle interruptions and complaints
Resolve safety hazards

Complete incident reports
Maintain confidentiality
