Job Description:

The Security Officer is responsible for patrolling property areas, monitoring security systems, responding to emergencies, conducting investigations, and ensuring the safety and security of guests and employees. The role requires physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, lift objects, and perform tasks requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.

Job Responsibility:

Patrol property areas
Assist guests with room access
Monitor security systems
Respond to emergencies
Conduct investigations
Handle complaints
Maintain confidentiality
Complete incident reports
Resolve safety hazards
Escort unwelcome persons
Conduct physical hazard inspections

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No specific license or certification required
Ability to patrol property areas
Monitor security systems
Respond to emergencies
Conduct investigations
Handle complaints
Maintain confidentiality
Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Lift objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
Move through confined spaces
Perform tasks requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
