Job Description:

The Security Tower Head role at HPE is a strategic position requiring deep experience in cybersecurity, stakeholder management, and leading large teams. Responsibilities include overseeing IS operations, managing risk assessments, enforcing security policies, and advising on emerging risks. The role demands expertise in various cybersecurity domains and certifications like ISO 27001, CISA, CISSP, etc.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee IS operations
manage formal risk assessment and self-assessments program
enforce information security policies
conduct audits
promote corporate-wide IS Security awareness
design, develop, and update policies regarding Information Security, data governance, and privacy
manage application security, governance, and compliance
advise CISO office on emerging risks
perform security audits and IT risk assessments
manage compliance certification processes
integrate and analyze information security of acquired companies
develop and maintain information security policies, standards, and practices
ensure BCP-DR and emergency operations are performed timely
assist in planning for information security risk monitoring, incident management, and change management

Requirements:

BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MSc/ MCA qualification or equivalent
LA ISO 27001 certification (mandatory)
CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or ISO31000 certification
10 years of experience in a similar capacity as CISO or Lead Cybersecurity Architect
minimum 15 years of experience in the security domain
strong stakeholder management
experience leading a large team of cybersecurity specialists
expertise in VAPT, DLP, Edge Security/EDR, WAF, LB, SIEM SOAR UEBA, ITSM, GRC, SAST DAST, Cloud Security, DevSECOps, and related scripting/coding
AI/ML based Cybersecurity modelling
strong understanding of ISO 27001 and industry security frameworks
strong knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation
experience in IT audits and driving key meetings for closing IS issues or gaps
