Job Responsibility:

Helping students unlock their potential
Developing essential skills for life beyond the classroom
Supporting students in developing self-confidence and independence
Observing and tracking student progress
Providing written and verbal feedback

Requirements:

Knowledge of Safeguarding and Child Protection
Quick-thinking and adaptable
Natural relationship builder

Observational skills to track student progress and provide insightful feedback

A reflective mindset

Nice to have:

Experience in managing challenging behaviour
Experience with autism spectrum disorders
