Job Description:

Dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants are needed to support children with autism spectrum conditions in a nurturing school setting featuring small class sizes, exceptional facilities, and tailored learning approaches. Roles include classroom assistance, collaboration with teachers, and fostering a positive atmosphere. Benefits include professional development, competitive salary, and a term-time contract.

Job Responsibility:

Provide support to students in the classroom
Collaborate with the class teacher
Support students with a range of needs
Create a positive and encouraging atmosphere
Learn and grow

Requirements:

A valid DBS check
A full driving licence (preferred)

Nice to have:

Experience working in education, children's homes, or EYFS
Experience with Picture Exchange Communication Systems (PECs) or other communication tools for non-verbal learners
Experience with speech & language or BSL
