Job Description:

Join a unique ABA school nestled on 22 acres of stunning grounds, focusing on supporting children aged 7-19 with autism spectrum conditions. The school emphasizes positive behavior support, offers small class sizes, 1:1 dedicated assistance, and exceptional facilities such as trampolines, yoga rooms, and sensory spaces.

Job Responsibility:

Provide support to students in the classroom
collaborate with the class teacher
support students with a range of needs
create a positive and encouraging atmosphere
learn and grow through professional development

Requirements:

A valid DBS check
a full driving licence (preferred)
no GCSE in English and Maths required

Nice to have:

experience working in education, children's homes, or EYFS
experience with Picture Exchange Communication Systems (PECs)
experience with communication tools for non-verbal learners
experience with speech & language
experience with BSL
