Job Description:

Join a specialist school providing a safe and encouraging environment for learners with complex needs including autism, ADHD, and moderate learning difficulties. The role involves 1:1 support and collaboration with dedicated teachers to help students thrive academically and emotionally.

Job Responsibility:

Providing 1:1 support in the classroom and during extracurricular activities
Aiding in lesson planning and execution
Offering personalised guidance
Ensuring the smooth operation of the school

Requirements:

Empathy, resilience, and a positive attitude
Willingness to learn
Experience with SEN/SEMH is desirable but not essential
Own transport due to location desirable
GCSE Maths and English grade C or equivalent
DBS on the update service desirable
Right to Work in the UK

Nice to have:
