Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and inclusive school in Erith, London. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children, helping them to develop confidence and independence.

Job Responsibility:

Support Learning by assisting students with special needs during lessons
Individual Assistance by Providing 1:1 sessions with the students whenever needed
Monitor and track student progress, offering regular feedback to teaching staff and parents
Support students with communication, social interaction and emotional regulation
Work closely with the class teacher to implement personalised learning strategies
Create a nurturing and positive learning environment where every child can thrive

Requirements:

Eligibility to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS on the Updated service or willing to apply for one
Need the SEN TA to be available for 5 days in a week
Must have worked with SEN schools or SEN Children for at least 6 months in the UK
Willing to work Long-Term/Full-Time
