Job Responsibility:

Help students unlock their potential and develop essential skills for life beyond the classroom
Support managing daily routines
Build self-confidence and independence
Observe and track student progress
Provide written and verbal feedback

Requirements:

Knowledge of Safeguarding and Child Protection
Quick-thinking and adaptable
Natural relationship builder
A passionate advocate for independence
Observational skills to track student progress
A commitment to high standards and continuous improvement

A reflective mindset

Nice to have:

background in youth work
behaviour management
classroom management
de-escalation techniques
experience in administering medication
experience in managing challenging behaviour
experience with autism spectrum disorders
experience with learning difficulties
experience with social emotional mental health
manual handling
mentor experience
