Job Description:

Randstad is searching for a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to work in Blackpool immediately. This role focuses on supporting students needing additional help in the classroom. Qualifications are preferred but not required.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting student's physical, social and emotional well-being
Working as part of a team
Being able to communicate well with children, manage their behaviour and resolve issues in the classroom
Mentoring and guiding students requiring extra support
Listening, discussing and explaining

Requirements:

Experience working or volunteering with SEN pupils
An enhanced DBS (or willingness to get one)
Knowledge of the curriculum
Have the desire to work with children with Special Educational Needs and or behavioural management needs
