be an experienced .Net Developer with the ability to work across multiple high priority work items at any given time
have a proven record of development accomplishment in agile teams and the ability to be flexible and adaptable
have experience and knowledge in leading ICT technical teams
be enthusiastic and proactive with 5+ years of experience of .Net development – preferably with some experience in an APS environment
be an innovative thinker, thrive in an environment of rapid change, continuous improvement and be passionate about delivering real business benefits
