Job Description:

The EMC ETL team is looking for a senior ETL developer to join the development team in Belfast. The successful candidate would work primarily with the Ab Initio ETL tool with scope to also develop in IBM DataStage. The team is responsible for building infrastructure to process and normalize internal and external vendor data feeds into a central data repository. Data is then extracted and distributed to the various business lines within Citi.

Job Responsibility:

Work closely with other technical and business teams across multiple locations to gather requirements and deliver robust technical solutions
Deliver well designed, stable, testable, maintainable and efficient graphs and plans
Ensure designs are in compliance with business specifications and Citi development standards
Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver in a fast-paced environment
Ability to mentor/train junior team members
Manage production rollout and execution of developed solutions
Provide Level 3 Support and investigate/minimize issues with deployed code

Requirements:

Relevant experience with Ab Initio
Extensive knowledge of Ab Initio GDE, EME and Conduct>It
Strong SQL skills with experience of Oracle 11g, pl-sql
Proficiency in Linux/Shell Scripting to supplement Ab Initio graph functionality
Extensive SDLC experience

Nice to have:

Prior Reference/Corporate Action Data experience
Experience with IBM DataStage
Knowledge of SVN, GIT or other source control tools
Autosys
JIRA
Service Now
