Job Description:

The scope of the role involves comprehensive management of accounting tasks, financial analysis, and project accounting within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

Manage full-cycle accounting and financial reporting in Microsoft Business Central
Utilize BC’s Project Management module for revenue recognition, tracking, and analysis
Collaborate with project teams to provide financial insights, reporting, and forecasting
Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
Conduct variance analysis and recommend improvements
Oversee AP, AR, reconciliations, and month-end close
Ensure GAAP compliance and support audits, budgeting, and forecasting
Drive process improvements and best practices

Requirements:

5+ years of Financial Accounting with at least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Business Central (BC)
Expertise in project accounting, revenue recognition, and WIP schedules
Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
Experience in industrial/construction accounting preferred
Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills
