Job Description:

This company has medical dental, 401k , vacation and holiday pay. Midsize organization; you are working for the corporate holding company. You are doing all the funding for the 4 business units and intercompany eliminations experience. This person needs to understand GAAP.

Job Responsibility:

Intercompany reconciliations for the consolidations
manage chargebacks for shared services and corporate office functions
accurate reporting of sales for intercompany transactions
handle all banking such as payroll funding, business unit funding for ap disbursements
Wire set ups an transactions, cash flow and lock box balances as well as reconciliations of bank accounts
Prepare and reconcile all corporate level account reconciliations
Manage corporate accounts payable
Handles reconciliations and allocations of corporate office accounts

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Accounting (not finance)
5 to 15 plus years Intercompany reconciliations, eliminations and settlement at Corporate office
Excel v look ups and pivot tables
Prefer manufacturing but open on industry

Nice to have:

manufacturing industry experience
