We are on the lookout for an upbeat Senior Accountant / Staff Accountant (DOE) who’s ready to take charge and help our clients conquer all things accounting!

Job Responsibility:

Client Engagement: Be the go-to accounting guru for a fun mix of industries
Lead end-to-end outsourced accounting services—whether it’s reconciling accounts, maintaining ledgers, or fine-tuning financial reporting
Work smarter, not harder by streamlining workflows, sharing best practices, and keeping everything humming smoothly
Be the 'go-to resource' for our junior team members as you guide them through the process with patience and wisdom
Ensure all deliverables follow professional standards and amaze clients with your compliance prowess

Requirements:

2 - 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in public accounting or outsourced accounting
Strongly desire a CPA license or eligible
Proficiency with modern accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar), and strong Excel
A knack for multitasking and delivering stellar results while juggling diverse client portfolios
Excellent communication skills
A passion for client service AND a sense of humor about life’s little accounting surprises

Nice to have:

CPA license
Experience in public accounting or outsourced accounting
